Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
This policy describes how Memory+ Home Care handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us about care or employment. It covers this website and our inquiry process. Other care-network offices, linked websites and healthcare providers may have their own policies.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email, the city or ZIP code where care is needed, preferred contact time and the information you choose to share about your inquiry. If an online form is available, its fields identify what is requested. Employment inquiries may include the role you are interested in and relevant experience.
Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, timestamps and call metadata. An inquiry may also include the referring page or advertising parameters, such as campaign tags and a click identifier, where available.
Phone intake and automated assistance
Our phone service may use an automated voice assistant to answer routine questions and collect details for the care team. CallRail supports call routing and tracking; Bland supports automated phone intake. These providers may process your phone number, call time, duration and information you give during the call. If a call is recorded or transcribed, that will be disclosed through the phone experience. You can ask for a human callback or decline to share optional information.
Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, payment card details or detailed health histories through a general inquiry form. Share only what is needed to request follow-up. We arrange any more detailed care discussion separately. This website and automated intake are not emergency services; call 911 for immediate danger or a medical emergency.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, understand the help requested, arrange follow-up, plan a consultation and manage the inquiry. We use employment information to respond to a job inquiry. Technical and call information helps operate the website, route calls, protect services, troubleshoot problems and understand how people find us.
Who receives information
Information may be handled by the team responsible for your inquiry and service providers supporting hosting, communications, call routing, automated intake and inquiry management. Cloudflare hosts this site. CallRail and Bland provide the phone services described above. We share information with a care-network office when needed to handle your request or arrange support you have asked about. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect people, rights or service security.
We do not sell the contact details you provide in an inquiry. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies, storage and advertising
This site uses browser session storage to keep referral or campaign parameters during a visit. Fonts and site images are served from our own hosting. At the effective date, this site does not load Google Tag Manager or third-party advertising pixels. If optional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this notice and any applicable choices will be updated before those tools are enabled.
You can control cookies and clear site storage in your browser. We do not use this website for the sale of personal data or targeted advertising at the effective date. If that changes, we will provide the applicable opt-out controls and honor recognized universal opt-out signals where required.
Calls, texts and email choices
Contacting us about care allows us to respond to that inquiry; it does not require you to agree to unrelated marketing. Ask us to stop nonessential follow-up at any time. If you receive texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing text programs, if offered, require their own consent; submitting an inquiry alone is not consent to those programs.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, provide requested services, maintain business records, protect systems and meet applicable obligations. The period depends on the type of record and why it is held. We use access restrictions and service-provider security measures to protect information, but no online or telephone system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask about the information associated with your inquiry, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional communications. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access a copy, obtain portable data, and opt out of certain processing. We may need to verify your identity or authority to act for someone else. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or service reasons.
To make a privacy request, call (303) 731-5393 and ask for the Memory+ care team’s privacy contact. If you disagree with a privacy-request decision, contact us again and ask to appeal. Colorado residents can find information or submit a privacy complaint through the Colorado Attorney General.
Children and information about another person
This website is intended for adults arranging care or seeking employment. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. When asking about care for another adult, share only information you are authorized to provide and that is needed for an initial conversation.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above shows the current version. Material changes will be explained through an appropriate notice. For questions about this policy, contact Memory+ through our contact page and ask for the person responsible for privacy.
